Purpose
Formed Bodywork exists to provide skilled therapeutic and deeply restorative massage in order that each person can live the life they were created to. Moving well, living from a place of rest and fulfilling the demands of daily life with greater ease is possible. The greater the demand one puts on their body the greater the stewardship required to remain in good health. Bodywork is just one key but a valuable one at that.

I am the founder and Licensed Massage Therapist of Formed Bodywork. I completed school and began my massage career in Colorado when my family and I felt the call back to Northwest Arkansas. Having lived in several regions of the U.S., we have come to truly value living here for many reasons. I am passionate to serve those who love the simple yet rich life we get to enjoy. The nature, the culture, the community and work/life balance that is available here makes my own work that much more fulfilling!
