The Mission

Formed Bodywork is founded on the vision and understanding that each person has unique needs. Everything from your hobbies to your vocation, the way you sleep or how you sit while you drive are all contributing factors to how your body moves and functions. My approach is straightforward and intentional. Assess what your body needs and then utilize the tools, skills, training, knowledge and experience to provide the bodywork that you need that day. I value deeply therapeutic work that also combines the benefits of the simple yet profound benefits of touch such as relaxation, peace in mind and creating a sense of overall well being. Who knows, you may even catch a few zzz’s on my table as well.

Welcome! I am thankful for the opportunity to share time and space with you throughout your health journey. I am a follower of Christ Jesus, a wife, mom and grandmother as well as someone who values overall health in order to run the race we are each individually called to.

I have a background in the health and wellness space that has spanned over 15 years in a variety of ways including working as a compounding pharmacy technician, fitness trainer & nutritional coach. My transition to bodywork has been a long time dream fulfilled and I absolutely love what I do.

  • My experience with her work is tremendous, as a Plumber in Oklahoma City my body is pushed to limits everyday which  gave me some back problems earlier this year. I was in town and got worked on by her. The massage as a whole feels great but it actually means something and gives healing. Her work is not just for the 90 minutes of touch but the hours, days, and weeks of results. For me the healing didn’t stop when my session was over. I had actually been having some mental fog and some challenges going on in my life going into the massage.   • I came in with pain in my shoulder blade,  arm & hand. Nicki spent about 45 minutes specifically working these areas using SMRT and about 1/2 way through the pain, spasms and tingling were reducing.
